Tiradito with Tanzanian Trout

This vibrant and refreshing tiradito with trout is a perfect balance of flavors—tangy, spicy, and fresh. A simple yet elegant dish that’s sure to impress!

Ingredients:

  • Filleted Tanzanian trout (from @peskados_fresh) you can replace with salmon

  • 1/2 cup passion fruit pulp

  • Juice from 1 lime

  • 1 garlic clove

  • A few drops of your preferred hot sauce

  • Salt to taste

  • 2 tablespoons of oil

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the passion fruit pulp, lime juice, garlic, hot sauce, salt, and oil. Blend until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture over the already plated trout fillets.

  3. Top the dish with thinly sliced red onion, grapefruit slices, chopped mint, and a handful of arugula.

  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Tiradito con Trucha de Tanzania

Este tiradito vibrante y refrescante con trucha tanzana es un plato perfecto que combina sabores ácidos, picantes y frescos. ¡Una receta simple pero elegante que seguramente impresionará!

Ingredientes:

  • Trucha tanzana fileteada (de @peskados_fresh) puede reemplazarse con salmon

  • 1/2 taza de pulpa de maracuyá

  • Jugo de 1 lima

  • 1 diente de ajo

  • Unas gotas de tu salsa picante favorita

  • Sal a gusto

  • 2 cucharadas de aceite

Instrucciones:

    1. En una licuadora, mezcla la pulpa de maracuyá, el jugo de lima, el ajo, la salsa picante, la sal y el aceite. Licúa hasta que esté todo bien integrado.

    2. Vierte la mezcla sobre los filetes de trucha ya emplatados.

    3. Decora con cebolla roja en juliana, rodajas de pomelo, hojas de menta picadas y un poco de rúcula.

    4. Sirve inmediatamente y disfruta.
