Ingredients/ Ingredientes:

  • 1 cebolla picada/ 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 morrón picado/ 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tomate cortado en cubos/ 1 tomato cut in pieces
  • 3 dientes de ajo picados/ 3 garlic cloves, diced
  • 1 lata salsa de tomate/ 1 large can tomato sauce
  • Sal a gusto/ sal to taste
  • Pizca de pimienta negra/ pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1 cda paprika/ 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 cdita comino/ 1 tsp cumin
  • Pizca de aji molido/ pinch of chilli pepper
  • Oregano, albahaca y perejil picado/ oregano, basil and parsley, chopped
  • Queso feta/ Feta cheese
  • 4-6 huevos/ 4-6 EggsA fuego bajo/medio Saltear las verduras con un poco de sal en aceite de oliva, cuando tiernicen, agregar la salsa y condimentos,hacer huecos y poner los huevos a cocinar por máximo 5 min, controlar que no se pasen, lo ideal es q quede la yema jugosa. Decorar con quedo feta y las hiervas picadas.
