1 lata leche condensada de coco (pueden usar la normal)
1 can condensed coconut milk (yo uso marca Iberia), can be subtituted with dairy condensed milk (Iberia brand has a great kosher option)
Mezclar todos los ingredientes y con una cuchada de helado hacer las galletas, ponerlas en una placa con papel manteca y hornear en horno precalentado a 200•C o 400 F por 12-14 min hasta que esten doraditos. Retirar y dejar enfriar antes de desmoldar. Guardar en un embase seco y lejos del calor, no guardar en heladera.
