Dairy free Almond joy crunch

Esta receta pense que habia salido mal pero después me di cuenta que estaban buenisimas!
At first i thought this recipe came out wrong but hey! It was delicious so here is the recipe, its the perfect last minute recipe for any occasion

  • 2 tazas almendras fileteadas/ 2 cups sliced almonds
  • 2 tazas coco rallado/ 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 100 grs chocolate chips
  • 1 lata leche condensada de coco (pueden usar la normal)
  • 1 can condensed coconut milk (yo uso marca Iberia), can be subtituted with dairy condensed milk (Iberia brand has a great kosher option)

Mezclar todos los ingredientes y con una cuchada de helado hacer las galletas, ponerlas en una placa con papel manteca y hornear en horno precalentado a 200•C o 400 F por 12-14 min hasta que esten doraditos.
Retirar y dejar enfriar antes de desmoldar. Guardar en un embase seco y lejos del calor, no guardar en heladera.

Convine all the ingredients, form the cookies using an ice cream scoop, place them in a baking sheet with parchment paper, cook in a preheated oven at 400F for 12-14 min until golden brown. Let them chill before remove them.
Store in a dry container, dont put them on the fridge and keep away from the heat.
