Armenian Biscotti/ Budin armenio

(This Biscotti is very popular in the Jewish community in Argentina, it was transmitted to me by Jessi, a kosher store owner)

•125 grs chopped almonds
•125 grs walnuts
•250 grs chopped dried fruit ( figs, dates, raisins, cranberries, dried plums)
•125 grs sugar
•3 large eggs
•150 grs all purpose flour
•1 tbs cinnamon powder

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients by hand and transfer the mixture into a pudding can.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Take it out, squeeze the juice of half a lemon on top, and return it to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.

Allow it to cool, then unmold and slice it thinly.

• 125 gramos de almendras picadas
• 125 gramos de nueces
• 250 gramos de fruta seca picada (higos, dátiles, pasas, arándanos, ciruelas secas)
• 125 gramos de azúcar
• 3 huevos grandes
• 150 gramos de harina 0000
• 1 cucharada de canela en polvo

Precalentar el horno a 350 °F.

En un tazón, mezclar todos los ingredientes a mano y transferir la mezcla a un molde para budín.

Hornear durante 30 minutos.

Retírelo del horno, exprima el jugo de medio limón sobre la mezcla y vuelva a hornear por 10 minutos más.

Déjelo enfriar, luego desmolde y corte en rodajas finas.
